RECEIVING INTERNAL REPORTS IN GEOFIZYKA TORUŃ S.A.
in accordance with the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers

• public procurement
• services, products and financial markets
• counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing
• product safety and compliance with requirements
• transport safety
• environmental protection
• radiological protection and nuclear safety
• food and feed safety
• animal health and welfare
• public health
• consumer protection
• protection of privacy and personal data
• security of ICT networks and systems
• financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units and the European Union
• internal market of the European Union, including public law rules on competition and state aid and taxation of legal persons
• constitutional freedoms and rights of a human being and a citizen
• internal regulations of the Company
• ethical standards of the Company
Attention! Reports cannot concern issues related to labor law!

 

Methods of making a report

• traditional mail – letters sent to the correspondence address:

• Office – leave a closed envelope with the report in the Company’s Office, marked with the information: “Whistleblower Commission”
• electronic mail – e-mail sent to the e-mail address sygnalisci@geofizyka.pl
The Company also accepts anonymous reports.

 

What should the report contain?

• an indication of the violation, with a possibly detailed description of the circumstances relevant to the case
• an indication of the person or organizational unit to which the violation relates
• the date or period in which the violation occurred or will occur
• contact details – if the report is not made anonymously

 

Who can make a report?

 

• employee
• temporary employee
• person performing work on a basis other than an employment relationship, including a civil law contract
• entrepreneur
• proxy
• shareholder or partner
• member of the Company’s body
• person performing work under the supervision and management of a contractor, subcontractor or supplier
• intern or trainee
• volunteer

The above-mentioned person may also be a whistleblower if the information about the violation is provided before the employment relationship or other legal relationship constituting the basis for the provision of work or services or the performance of a function in the Company or on its behalf, as well as after its termination.
