GT and Evorain on the research and development project

Geofizyka Toruń S.A., in cooperation with the Polish startup Evorain, is working on an innovative program enabling more effective analysis of seismic data.

The aim of the project The use of machine learning in marking the first ascent of refractive waves. ML FB Pick is to create software that will accelerate the processing of seismic data, and consequently improve research work for the energy sector in operational and financial terms. The new program, using an artificial intelligence algorithm and machine learning, will be available both for conventional energy sources searching, and for geothermal waters or space for underground gas reservoirs as well.

The project is implemented with the use of external grant financing as part of the funds of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development for startups and is  The project is scheduled to be finalized by the end of 2022.
