3D survey for a radioactive waste repository in Hungary

GT is back in Hungary to perform high-resolution 3D seismic survey in the western Mecsek Cserdi-Bükkösd-Boda area, using vibroseis and dynamite as the source.

Our work, commissioned by the Public Limited Company for Radioactive Waste Management (PURAM), will provide reliable seismic data to determine safe and efficient place for a  radioactive waste repository. The project is scheduled to end  in November 2022.
